The “Help” button is used to get help about the form on which you click this button.

The “List of Values” icon, illustrated above, located on the right of each applicable field, is referred as LOV in this manual. By clicking this icon or pressing Control+ L, a list of values applicable to the current field, is displayed. You can select one of the values to populate the field. If a LOV is available for a field, the word “List of Values” appears in the message bar at the bottom of the form.

The “DFF (Descriptive Flex Field)” is an important field on the form that can have some important additional information about the respective form or a particular line of a form that is not available on the face of the form and these may be mandatory or optional as per user requirements.
A Blue Box is located to the far left of a line. When you click in a Blue Box you open a window/form that is related to the line containing the Blue Box.
“Field” refers to a specific area or cell that contains the default information or where information is to be entered. User will have to handle three types of fields throughout the application and the training manual.

Yellow Fields:                   These fields are mandatory fields and user will have to populate these fields
with any related information to proceed.

White Fields                      These fields are optional fields and user may enter any related information
in these fields.

Gray off Fields:                 These fields are automatically populated and updated by the application.
User can’t enter any information in these fields.
